Jack’s story is the touching story of Jack Colin Tucker, who was born premature. He spent 2 weeks in the Intensive Care Unit at St Michael’s Hospital before sadly passing away. In his memory, Jack’s mum raised money for the very best Neonatal Intensive Care Unit possible.
